Atlas Therapy is a manipulation method I developed with a unique approach, distinct from manual therapy and chiropractic techniques. This technique focuses specifically on the upper cervical region, particularly the upper vertebrae of the neck, and has a significant impact on the nervous system and spinal balance. The atlas bone plays a critical role in body health as the center for nerves and circulation. Blockages, misalignments, and adhesions in this area can be the root of many chronic issues.
The most important distinction of Atlas Therapy lies in the specific combinations of manipulations applied during the detection and resolution of blockages. Through palpation, I analyze the misalignments and blockages of the atlas and surrounding bones in detail. Based on this analysis, I help the body regain its balance at the highest level. If we think of blockages as knots, I intervene from various angles to untangle these knots, applying different approaches tailored to each patient’s needs.
This method can be effective in resolving various issues, including hearing loss, migraines, vertigo, headaches, and even hypertension. However, since different results may be obtained in each individual, personalized approaches and analyses are crucial. My goal with Atlas Therapy is to contribute to the relaxation of the nervous system and spine by untangling these knots in the upper cervical region. Thus, I provide a therapy that not only focuses on one area but also supports the overall functioning of the body.
This specific technique has been shaped by the experiences I’ve gained over the years and the detailed analyses I’ve conducted through palpation. Thanks to this focused technique, we can achieve results that other manual therapists or chiropractors often cannot reach. Therefore, the problems experienced by each individual should be carefully addressed according to their spinal and nervous system structure.
With Atlas Therapy, we have achieved positive results with many of our clients. Since each individual’s experience is different, we determine the most accurate approach by conducting a detailed assessment before each session. If you would like to learn how this method can help you regain your health and body balance, we can create a personalized therapy process for you.
